After spending years at large accounting firms, Rajan Sherhan saw a pattern: small business owners were paying premium hourly rates for impersonal, slow service. Many had no idea what they were being charged until the invoice arrived.
GoForma was founded in 2019 to fix that. We introduced fixed monthly fees, assigned dedicated accountants to every client, and built our practice on ACCA standards of transparency and competence.
